Director, Project Management
to provide strategic leadership across an international portfolio of clinical studies.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior clinical research leader to influence project delivery, mentor high-performing teams, strengthen sponsor relationships and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across multiple global clinical research programs.
Lead, mentor and develop Project Management and Clinical Operations teams.
Drive operational excellence, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
Build trusted partnerships with sponsors and key stakeholders.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, financial performance and delivery metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Support business growth through operational leadership and client engagement.
About You
You will bring:
Extensive experience leading global clinical research projects within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
A proven track record managing complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements.
Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
A strategic mindset with a passion for developing people and improving performance.
