Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across our Chatswood, Crows Nest and Northpoint locations. You will report to the Restaurant Manager, manage rosters, oversee inventory and financials, and stay hands-on on the line during peak service to maintain quality and speed.
You'll develop Shift Leaders and the team, drive guest experience, and help the business grow by delivering consistent results across opening hours and busy periods.
