About the Role
SMW Drilling Services is seeking
Blasthole Drillers
to join our operations across multiple NSW regions.
This is an opportunity to work within a
high-performing drilling team
on established open-cut mining operations. You will be responsible for operating blast hole drill rigs safely and efficiently, contributing to consistent production outcomes.
Experienced drillers are preferred; however, applicants with
transferable drilling experience
and the right attitude will be considered.

About You
Essential
Ability to pass an
Order 45 NSW Medical (including D&A; screening)
Current
C Class Driver's Licence
Strong commitment to
safety and site compliance
Ability to work within a
team-focused production environment
Highly Regarded
Previous
open-cut blast hole drilling experience
Experience on
Reedrill, CAT or Sandvik D50i platforms
Background in
blasthole
,
exploration, water bore, top hammer or DTH drilling
Mechanically minded with
basic maintenance capability
Personal Attributes
Self-motivated with a
strong work ethic
Able to
work autonomously and manage time effectively
Professional attitude and robust communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and flexible
