The role is FIFO from Adelaide, with flights, meals, uniforms and accommodation provided.
You will manage accommodation reservations and all related services, lead a team, and take responsibility for P&L; focused on labor and food costs.
Ideal candidates will have robust administrative and software skills, experience with VAMS/SAMS/RMS, and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
