We are seeking an experienced
People & Culture Advisor
to join our team and provide hands-on HR support to one of our manufacturing sites.
Reporting to the
Head of People & Culture
, this role will act as a trusted partner to site leaders and employees, providing practical and commercially focused advice across the full employee lifecycle.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with operations, building strong relationships, and making a genuine impact on culture, employee experience and business outcomes.
A key focus of this role will be
end-to-end recruitment
, supporting the attraction, selection and onboarding of high-quality talent across production, operational and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Build talent pipelines and recruitment strategies for operational and hard-to-fill roles.
Provide advice and support across employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.
Support leaders through performance conversations, investigations and employee-related processes.
Coordinate onboarding activities and support a positive new starter experience.
Maintain accurate HR records, reporting and compliance documentation.
Support workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the site.
About You




You are a passionate and practical People & Culture professional who enjoys being close to the operation and partnering with leaders to solve real business challenges.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture Advisor or HR Advisor role.
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, including high-volume recruitment within a manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or similar operational environment.
Proven ability to source, assess and attract quality candidates across blue-collar and salaried roles.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders.
Experience supporting employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and workplace practices.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in improving employee experience.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated People & Culture experience.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resource Management is desirable.
