Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history.
It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Purpose of the Role:
The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient, effective and compliant mobilisation FGJV's workforce to Snowy 2.0 work sites.
Qualifications:
White Card
Experience:
Minimum 1 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
Previous experience with HR information systems.
Previous experience in compliance would be highly regarded.
Familiarity with recruitment processes would be advantageous.
Exceptional organisational abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Highly effective time management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
Strong initiative and proactive nature
Ability to speak / present to an audience.
IT literate, eg recruitment software / databases.
Exceptional knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Process requests ensuring compliance on project requirements including:
Reviewing tickets,
licences and qualifications in line with role requirements
Reviewing National Police Checks
Reviewing pre-employment medicals
Data entry of personnel compliance
Maintaining excel spreadsheets and inputting data
Maintain e-filing of all personnel documentation
Use of project-based systems for recruitment
Coordinate and administer a busy, shared Recruitment inbox
Adherence to all HSE policies and procedures
Assist with coordinating candidate interviews, assessments, and screenings.
Maintain accurate candidate records, including resumes, applications, and interview feedback.
Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide updates, and gather feedback.
Organise logistics for candidate interviews and assessments, including room bookings and equipment setup.
Assist with posting job openings on relevant platforms and websites.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines and interview outcomes.
Accurately enter and update candidate information in recruitment databases.
Provide support and assistance to candidates, addressing their enquiries and needs.
Ensure that recruitment activities adhere to compliance and equal chance employment requirements.
Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
