This opportunity is suited to an experienced quantitative researcher who thrives on owning projects end-to-end and enjoys being deeply embedded in the full insight process, from design through to strategic delivery.
You'll work closely with senior clients, tackling complex business challenges and shaping decisions across brand, culture, customer experience and innovation.

The Role
As a Senior Quantitative Research Consultant (Quant Lead level), you'll play a highly visible role within the Sydney team leading projects from initial brief and proposal through to final debrief and strategic recommendation.
Fully immersed in the consulting process, you will:
Design and lead quantitative research programmes end-to-end
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping conversations and influencing direction
Transform complex datasets into explicit, compelling insight narratives
Enrich your analysis by integrating complementary sources, think cultural context,



behavioural frameworks and qualitative inputs
Bring commercial acumen and marketing understanding to every engagement
Collaborate with a passionate, strategic team who will continue to stretch your thinking and consulting craft.
About You
5+ years' experience within a research agency or research-led commercial environment
Strong quantitative design and advanced analytical capability
Confident storyteller, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Experienced managing projects end-to-end, including proposals
Commercially aware, strategically minded and curious about human behaviour
Comfortable weaving multiple evidence sources into cohesive, impactful recommendations.
