The role involves leading the development of commercial deliverables for expressions of interest and tender submissions, ensuring alignment with policy and robust risk assessment.
You will input into commercial advice for bid teams and senior management, develop procurement strategies for subcontract packages, and lead negotiations on terms with clients and partners.
