The Role
As Centre Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the shopping centre,



ensuring it continues to deliver outstanding results for both retailers and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing all daily centre operations
Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors and stakeholders
Driving retailer engagement and enhancing the customer experience
Supporting leasing initiatives, casual mall leasing and tenancy mix strategies
Managing budgets, financial reporting and retailer sales analysis
Coordinating marketing campaigns, community events and centre activations
Overseeing digital marketing and retailer communications
Managing contractors, facilities and WHS compliance
About You
Previous experience managing a retail shopping centre
Experience using Cirrus8 is highly regarded
Strong commercial and financial management skills
Excellent stakeholder and retailer relationship management experience
Solid understanding of facilities management and contractor coordination
A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work autonomously
