Scope is seeking a Roster Business Partner to support the creation and management of rosters for our support workers within a sensitive, regulated setting. This 12-month fixed-term contract is based at our Hawthorn head office, engaging with diverse stakeholders and leading multiple rostering projects.
You will leverage your attention to detail, organisational skills and prioritisation capabilities to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred rostering aligned with NDIS requirements.
