Scheduling Officer
Coordinate important services that help keep the justice system running each day.

Ongoing, full-time role earning $81,496 to $98,955 per year, plus super.
What you will do
As scheduling officer, you will coordinate telecourt, education and program bookings at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre.
You will help keep daily services running smoothly by providing
accurate
scheduling and administrative support.
You will:
coordinate
timely
telecourt appearances,



education sessions and program appointments
manage video conference bookings, update databases and maintain
accurate
records
provide
clear
scheduling advice and basic support for video conferencing bookings
communicate with prison staff, courts, legal professionals and education providers to keep schedules up to date
monitor bookings, resolve scheduling conflicts and use prison resources
efficiently
while following departmental requirements.
About you
No mandatory qualifications are required for this role.
You should be confident working in a busy setting and available to work between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday, as operational needs require.
You should also have:
strong
scheduling and organisational skills
accurate
record keeping and database management skills
sound
problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
professional
communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
