RAC is bringing its Mobile Services operation, Motoring Centre of Excellence, technical advisory channels and automotive digital and telephony functions together into one unified, high-performing capability — and we're looking for an experienced senior leader to own it.
This is a strategy-and-delivery role: you'll set the direction for how RAC builds automotive industry expertise and authority in the market, while also running the day-to-day performance of a large, multi-channel operation spanning field services, telephony, digital and face-to-face member channels.
You'll lead a team of 3–7 direct reports,



with broader influence over a growing team and the wider Auto Services function and play a key role in a significant business transformation agenda.
The role
Strategy & Leadership
Own the strategic direction of RAC's Motoring Centre of Excellence, aligning Auto Advice, Technical Trainers, mobile operations and product insight into one cohesive function
Provide end-to-end leadership of the mobile services network — workforce planning, logistics, performance and safety
Build RAC's reputation as WA's most trusted source of automotive and technical expertise
Commercial & Growth
Own the growth agenda across call and advisory channels — sales conversion, cross
