Mission Australia in Dubbo is seeking a Program Facilitator for the Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP).
You will lead group sessions, perform intake and risk screening, and help participants develop non‐violent relationship skills to improve safety for women and families.
The role supports trauma‐informed practice, requires strong communication and risk assessment, and offers supervision, career development, and collaboration with community partners.
