ISS Facility Services Australia is seeking an experienced Village Manager to join our Resources Operations Team on a 4 days on, 3 days off FIFO basis, flying from Perth to our mining village sites across regional Western Australia.
You will lead a team of 50+ within HR and IR frameworks, ensure safety compliance, manage costs and P&L;, and report to the Key Account Manager.
A proven track record in facility management and solid leadership are essential.
