World of Swimming is looking for two confident, motivated
Level 2 Swimming Teachers
to join our team at Godolphin School, Salisbury.
Hours available:
Thursdays – 4pm – 6pm
This role is ideal if you enjoy teaching properly structured lessons, working with small class sizes, and seeing real progress week to week.

across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, and Oxfordshire, supported by a team of more than

The Role
You will deliver high-quality swimming lessons following the
Swim England framework
, teaching:
Children aged 3+
Adults at beginner and improver level
What We're Looking For
Essential
ASA Level 2 or STA Award / Certificate (or international equivalent)
Confident communicator with a calm, professional manner
Strong swimming ability and sound technical knowledge
Passion for helping swimmers build confidence and progress
Desirable
Baby & Preschool qualification




Lifesaving qualification (training can be provided if needed)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver secure, engaging, and progressive swimming lessons
Plan and structure lessons in line with the Swim England framework
Create a welcoming, supportive environment for swimmers and families
Record attendance and swimmer progress using
Soakly
Represent World of Swimming positively and uphold our teaching standards
