What you'll be doing
Supporting our sales team at open homes, inspections, and appraisals
Building genuine relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers
Getting hands-on with marketing, listings, and property presentation
Learning the systems, processes, and skills behind every successful sale
Be mentored by the best in industry through the exclusive Barry Plant Launch Academy
What we're looking for?
A genuine passion for people and property
Vibrant, fun, and full of energy — someone who brings valuable vibes to the office
A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
Confident communicator who isn't afraid to get out and meet people
A current driver's licence (own car preferred)
Real estate experience isn't essential — attitude is everything
Agents Representative Certificate (or MUST BE currently enrolled and completing)
