About the Company
Our client is undertaking a significant ERP transformation and is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their project team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll systems specialist with strong TechnologyOne Payroll experience to play a key role in implementing a new payroll solution.
Working closely with project stakeholders, you'll ensure payroll requirements are translated into system functionality while maintaining compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the payroll subject matter expert throughout the TechnologyOne implementation.
Configure and support the TechnologyOne Payroll and HR modules.




Validate payroll requirements against current business processes.
Lead payroll testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
Support payroll data migration, reconciliation and reporting activities.Partner with project, HR and payroll teams to deliver a successful implementation.
Review payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with documentation, training and change management activities.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience configuring and administering TechnologyOnePayroll.
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Experience working within complex, multi-award payroll environments.
Previous experience on an ERP implementation or payroll systems transformation project.
Exposure to solution design, system testing (SIT/UAT) and payroll data migration.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
