The Opportunity
We're looking for a number of HVAC and Electrical Apprentices to join our growing team across
Western Melbourne and the Geelong area.
Whether you're already undertaking an apprenticeship and looking to further develop your skills, or you're looking to start your career in the HVAC or electrical industry, this is an excellent prospect to learn from experienced professionals while working across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.
You'll gain valuable hands-on experience working on HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical systems while building the skills needed for a successful long-term career in the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist with the installation, service and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems
Work alongside qualified technicians on commercial and industrial sites
Diagnose faults and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
Learn industry best practices and technical procedures




Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
Contribute to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service
Complete required training and apprenticeship competencies
What You'll Bring
A genuine passion for the HVAC or electrical industry
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Current driver's licence or the ability to obtain one

Positive attitude and commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Previous experience in a trade or construction environment
Current apprenticeship in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Electrotechnology
Additional industry tickets or certifications
Basic hand tool experience
