You'll build a high-performing team, shape culture and deliver exceptional guest experiences from launch.
Responsibilities include daily operations, controlling labour and costs, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring top service with rigorous safety standards.
Experience in premium or hatted environments is preferred.
