Protech is seeking experienced
Processing Technicians
to join our client's mining operation in the Northern Territory on a rotating FIFO roster.
This role is ideal for candidates with
gold processing
,
CIP
,
CITEC,
and general mineral processing experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Immediate start
********* Days/Nights Roster
Casual Hourly Rate: $58–$65/hr
FIFO available from: Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Alice Springs
Camp accommodation and meals provided
Super on ALL Hours
Weekly Pay (Thurs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor processing plant equipment including:
Primary crusher, mill, SAG/Ball regrind circuits
Flotation tanks and gravity circuits
Thickeners and CIP tanks
Conduct routine sampling across the plant and submit samples for laboratory testing
Undertake CITEC/control room duties as required
Perform plant inspections, fault reporting, and troubleshooting
Operate mobile machinery (bobcat, skid steer) as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Contribute to a solid safety culture and follow all site procedures
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED




Valid Manual Driver's License
Gold processing experience
essential (crushing, milling, CIP, flotation)
Experience using
automated control systems
(e.g., CITEC)
Mobile equipment tickets: Bobcat & Skid Steer
Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol testing.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
Valid & contactable references
Strong understanding and adherence to OHS
