About the Role
On‐site glass installation, fixing, and glazing across commercial and residential projects - both new builds and replacements
Delivering high‐quality workmanship while working as part of a supportive, growing team
Providing exceptional customer service and representing the O'Brien brand with pride
Working adaptable rosters, including the option of a 4‐day week (10‐hour days)
Accessing overtime, shift penalties, and incentives
About You
Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent trade qualification)
A current driver's licence
Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards AS**** and relevant local glazing/construction regulations
A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience
A friendly, approachable communication style
Great attention to detail, strong time‐management, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment
