What you'll be doing:
Building relationships with clients through daily communication, both in and out of the office.
Carrying out key administration tasks, including arrears management, compliance checks, processing applications, final inspections, and assisting with new tenancy set-ups.
Guiding landlords through their investment journey while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants.
Attendingpropertyviewings, inspections, and external reporting.
