THE NON-NEGOTIABLES
Must be 18+ with full Australian working rights
Current RSA (SA)
Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to work both day and night shifts
Previous hospitality experience preferred

ABOUT THE JOB
This is a
casual Front Bar Attendant role
, working across the Front Bar and Saloon Bar on a rotating 7-day roster.
You'll be part of a fast-paced, welcoming environment delivering outstanding service across bar and food service areas.
Your role will include:
Delivering excellent and professional customer service at all times
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Taking orders and supporting food service
Maintaining the presentation of food, coffee, and beverages
Mixing drinks and cocktails to a high standard
Handling cash and using POS systems accurately
Supporting gaming or TAB operations if required
Maintaining clean, organised, and service-ready work areas
Communicating effectively with team members across the venue
Supporting upselling and achieving sales targets
Following RSA, WHS, and all hotel procedures at all times
Supporting the team with general duties as required
This is a hands-on role where attitude, teamwork, and consistency make all the difference
