We are seeking an experienced
Front End Loader Operator
to join our busy concrete production team on the Sunshine Coast. This is not just a standard operating role-we are looking for someone keen to step up, learn our digital production systems, and train to become a
Concrete Batcher
.
Because you will be supporting multiple local depots, being centrally located near our
Maroochydore
and
Kunda Park
sites is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate a Front End Loader to manage stockpiles and feed production bins.
Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard workplace.
Learn the ropes:
Get hands-on with our batching software to blend concrete mixes accurately and manage dispatch schedules.
What We Are Looking For
Ticket & Experience:
Current LL (Front End Loader)
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using computers and software (or a fast learner who isn't afraid of technology).
Location:
Residing close to Maroochydore or Kunda Park for reliable daily travel.
Attitude:
Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to progress your career into plant operations.
