RN Responsibilities and Duties:
Execute on the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Nursing experience and desire to do Nursing Assessments/Re-Assessments, monthly written Progress Reports, Delegation of Task Training, and manual handling.

Home Care for NDIS and Aged Care clients
Requirements
Drivers Licence
AHPRA Registration
Current First Aid with CPR
Strong written and verbal English skills. Other languages an asset.
Proficient level of English proficiency is required for effective communication
Technically savvy with mobile apps and G-suite
Basic user level proficiency with mobile apps and G-suite is required
Previous home care nursing experience an asset but not necessary
1 Professional Reference
Wound care experience is an asset
