Torus is seeking a motivated technical support skilled based in Sydney to join our national operations support team. You will handle day-to-day technical support for our bespoke hardware and software products at client sites and via our support portal.
You will install products, perform upgrades, provide product training, and contribute to QA reporting. Australian citizenship and security clearance capability are required; occasional interstate travel is expected.
