Jonah's Restaurant and Boutique Hotel The Waiter (trade waiter) is required to maintain highest standards in the restaurant day to day tasks. All positions will be rostered 38 hours per week and be available during days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Must be available every weekend, across morning, day and evening shifts on a rotating roster. Opening bottles and pouring beverages Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables,



and refilling and replacing glasses Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers May recommend wines to complement food
