Job Description
The Trustee for the P & R Family Trust Key Duties and Responsibilities Repair damaged vehicle panels using appropriate tools and techniques Remove and replace damaged panels and components Straighten frames and chassis using hydraulic equipment Weld, file, sand and prepare surfaces for painting Carry out structural repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and safety standards are met Maintain tools and workshop equipment in valuable working order Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times Use Car-O-Liner Frame Bench for Repairing Vehicles and Car-O-Liner Frame Measuring Tool. Use SPOT Welder Skills and Experience Required Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent qualification) OR Minimum 1 year relevant industry experience as a Panel Beater Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques Ability to read and interpret repair specifications
High attention to detail and quality workmanship Valid Light Vehicle driver's licence (Australian or equivalent International DL) Experience in PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) will be advantageous. Experience in Windshield Replacement will be advantageous.
