About the Role
This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role, with optional weekend work available across the branch network.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:




Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers
Navigate D365 and systems to process quotes, sales and inventory management
Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
Identify customer needs and help find the right solutions
Assist with stock management and inventory control
Support warehouse operations including picking and packing
Operate a forklift (we'll help you obtain your licence and provide training)
Maintain a safe, organised workspace in line with WHS standards
What We're Looking For

Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
Robust relationship-building skills
A practical mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills
Confidence communicating with customers and teammates
