About the role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of vocational education? In this exciting role, you'll lead the delivery and coordination of Senior Secondary (VCE-VM and VPC) programs.
You will have the opportunity to work with students whilst also being involved with program development and operational management, ensuring that our courses not only meet compliance requirements but also provide an engaging and supportive environment for learners.
Your leadership will help create a culture where students feel empowered and encouraged to succeed.
About you
You will bring:
Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.
Proven knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within vocational education and training.
Ability to manage daily training operations smoothly, including class coverage and resource allocation.
Experience in crafting and evaluating training programs and materials, with a focus on continuous improvement that aligns with industry needs.
Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAE***** or TAE*****.
VIT registration.
