Your Role
This position provides a clear path for long‐term career growth, with the opportunity to work closely alongside experienced Partners committed to mentoring and developing future leaders. You will gain hands‐on exposure to a broad range of client work, build strong technical and advisory skills, and be trusted with increasing responsibility as you progress.




Key Responsibilities Include
Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
Take lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of entities
Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
What You Bring
2+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a solid aptitude for learning new systems
Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
A client‐first mindset and commitment to delivering quality service
A long‐term vision to grow into a leadership role and contribute meaningfully to the team
