Customer Service Manager to join the team in Rockhampton to ensure their continued success. This is a "hands on" role with no direct reports where you are responsible for facilitating, fostering and delivering a culture of exceptional customer service.
A pivotal role in the business, and reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be located at the Companies HO in Rockhampton and work closely with a range of HO personnel in a positive proactive team environment (the national external sales team, logistics network, technical operators, etc) to achieve company objectives, ensure a seamless service and effect positive change. Working across the business, your focus will be to take ownership of the company's customer service delivery and internal sales & support processes; ultimately being responsible and accountable for maximising the company's ability to provide a consistent high level of customer service through the development of improvements in the company's internal processes and systems and ensuring timely and professional commitment to product service and delivery. You will be involved in a broad range of activities, working with various stakeholders as listed above, supporting and managing the customers experience through phone interaction, problem solving to help add value and meet customer expectations in conjunction with the sales team, proactively building closer relationships with the companies expanding customer base,



championing the companies CRM system - supporting and encouraging the external sales team to gain sales advantage by utilizing more effectively the company systems and technologies, supporting the logistics network. You may also be involved in marketing activities working closely with the National Sales & Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of the company's overall national sales agenda.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar position having managed the customer service business unit within a mid-sized organization. Experience working across sales, manufacturing, logistics ideal. You will have demonstrated: working effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, intermediate to advanced IT skills [ie working with CRM systems, Excel, Business Reporting Tools – Data, analytics, Power BI, as well as ERP], involvement in developing better business process & systems, being results driven, energetic, positive and proactive, resilient, flexible and adaptive.
This is a "hands on" challenging role, for a great multi-tasker, who can flex, evolve and deliver on managing the various demands of a progressive and proactive business going through a high level of growth. Salary commensurate with experience.
