YMCA Victoria is seeking a motivated Program Officer for Lake Dewar Discovery Camp, just 60 minutes from Melbourne. You will lead and deliver outdoor programs for visiting schools and groups, ensuring safety, engagement, and learning outcomes across activities from canoeing to team challenges.
You will work with teachers and leaders, uphold the Y's inclusive values, and help maintain equipment and prepare wide-ranging programs that inspire young people to explore, grow, and belong.
