About the Role
Our Customer Service Support (CSS) team is the first point of contact, by phone, for BaptistCare's CHSP services. You'll manage service schedules, coordinate services for clients, and handle account administration and invoicing, so our clients experience seamless, reliable support every time they call. This is a 12-month max term role.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide internal and external customer service by phone to our CHSP customers and private fee-for-service customers
Liaise with BaptistCare customers daily, providing admin support across their care plans
Manage daily administration, including updating customer notes and service schedules
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar, phone-based role handling high call volumes, with strong problem-solving skills
Experience in the aged care sector highly regarded
Qualification in Office Administration/Support, or equivalent relevant experience

The successful candidate will also receive:
A base salary of $*****/hour ($73,632 p.a.), plus access to up to $18,550 per annum in tax-free salary packaging, and novated leasing
