To be considered for this role, you'll need to hold the following current certifications and meet these requirements:
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
Current Victorian Gaming Industry Employee Licence
Current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Refresher, including Modules 3 & 4 within VGCCC requirements
Previous experience in a gaming venue or similar customer service environment
Strong understanding of responsible gaming obligations and venue compliance
Excellent communication, presentation and cash-handling skills
Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays

What the Role Involves
As a Gaming Attendant at Hill Top Golf Club, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Delivering friendly, professional customer service to our patrons
Supporting responsible gaming practices across the venue
Assisting with gaming machine operations, payouts and floor duties
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring venue compliance
Working closely with the team to create a welcoming experience for all guests
