Junior Administration Officer in our Service Department
at our
Shepparton Dealership
which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment. The job would ideally suit a school leaver looking to start their qualified career. Full training will be provided. About Us

The Role
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
Answering telephone enquiries and greeting customers and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Ensure office area is kept neat and tidy at all times.
Maintain tracking of staff movements in and out of the workshop.
Data entry as required.
Process customer invoices.
Submission of Warranty claims as required.
Repair Order creation and closure.




Provide assistance to Service Manager as required.
Perform any other clerical and administrative duties as required.
To be successful you will need
Current and valid driver's license.
Reliable and punctual.
Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Sound computer skills.
Well presented.
