Physiotherapist / Service Quality Lead

This is a
Permanent Part-Time opportunity (30.4 hours per week)
reporting to the Team Lead – Macquarie and based at our Macquarie location.
This is a hybrid role, combining approximately
three days equivalent of clinical physiotherapy
with
one day equivalent of Service Quality Lead responsibilities
, offering the opportunity to influence both individual client outcomes and the quality and consistency of physiotherapy services across the team.

$120,912
+

You'll make a difference in this role by:
Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to children and young people with vision and/or hearing loss, supporting them and their families to achieve meaningful goals and maximise participation at home, school and in the community.
Providing goal-based therapy that promotes motor development, mobility, independence and participation, while recommending equipment and assistive technology to optimise functional outcomes.




Delivering services across a range of settings, including NextSense centres, client homes, schools and via telepractice, while maintaining a clinical caseload and high-quality clinical documentation.
Contributing to service quality leadership by developing, implementing and reviewing evidence-based clinical protocols, service models and quality improvement initiatives that promote best practice.
Providing clinical leadership through supervision, mentoring, onboarding and career development to build capability and foster clinical excellence.
Monitoring clinical outcomes and contributing to clinical governance, continuous improvement activities and sustainable, high-quality service delivery.
Leading or contributing to service improvement projects and collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational priorities.
Building strong relationships with clients, families, referrers and multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver coordinated, client-centred services.
About You:
A minimum of
7years
' experience providing physiotherapy services, with demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and skills.
Relevant equivalent experience will also be considered
.
Be able to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Contribute to client outcomes in a team setting




Prior experience in working with clients with a sensory disability highly desirable
Experience working towards goals and key performance indicators
Working knowledge of NDIS framework desirable
Ability to learn new systems, processes and frameworks
Valid Working With Children Check and NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full Registration with AHPRA.
You are obliged to become familiar with, and comply with child protection policies and legislation, as amended from time to time
