Your Impact
This is an opportunity for a Construction Assistant on a 12-month contract. You'll support the day‐to‐day operations of our construction team, ensuring the right information, documents and certifications get where they need to be — accurately and on time.
Your day-to-day will be to -
Prepare weekly reporting packs, manage critical documentation, complete final account checks, and work closely with Site Managers and Surveyors to source and upload Certificates of Occupancy.
Help keep projects compliant, organised, and progressing toward handover smoothly.
Be a key connector — communicating with internal teams, gathering accurate information, preparing handover documentation and supporting ongoing improvements to processes and admin systems.
Help make every day easier for the Building Managers and Regional Construction Managers you support.
This role is all about detail, consistency, collaboration and keeping things moving — and the impact you make will be felt across every home we build.
