BlueFit is expanding its People & Culture team in Australia, seeking a commercially-savvy HR Generalist/BP to partner with on-site leaders across multiple sites. You will coach managers, handle employee relations and performance matters, and drive culture through strategic initiatives.
You will be hands-on, with access to a vehicle allowance and the prospect to shape people strategy during rapid growth at BlueFit. A tertiary HR qualification plus CPR/First Aid/WWC is preferred.
