We are seeking a motivated and reliable
Carpentry Apprentice
to join our team and develop a rewarding career in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, works well in a team environment, and is committed to completing a nationally recognised qualification in Carpentry.
As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of residential and commercial construction projects while receiving structured training and support from experienced tradespeople.
Building Industry Training (BIT)
will deliver the off-the-job training component of the apprenticeship and provide ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship journey.
Key Duties
Assist qualified carpenters with a variety of construction tasks.
Learn and apply carpentry skills in a safe and productive manner.
Use hand and power tools under supervision.
Assist with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing building materials.
Maintain a clean and protected worksite.




Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Attend and successfully complete all training requirements delivered by Building Industry Training.
Current
Construction White Card
.
Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Carpentry.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
Current driver's licence.
Reliable vehicle and transport to travel to various worksites.
