Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development
: Create and deliver engaging programs and experiences tailored to the developmental needs and interests of children in line with the EYLF.
Classroom Management
: Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
Programming and Planning
: Documenting children's learning and development in line with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Family Collaboration
: Build and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication.
Team Collaboration
: Work closely with colleagues and centre management to ensure a harmonious,



collaborative work environment and contribute to the overall success of the centre.
Health and Safety
: Ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with relevant regulations, National Quality Framework and Village Early Education's policies.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
: Diploma level qualification in Education and Care
Working with Children's Check:
Employee status
Experience
: Desirable 1 year experience in a lead educator role.
Skills
: Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Attributes
: Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering young children's growth and development.
