This company builds people intelligence technology designed to replace gut-feel recruiting with a more structured hiring approach. You'll join at a stage where delivery quality, consistency, and process discipline matter just as much as candidate and client experience.
What you'll do
You'll own hiring campaigns end-to-end across multiple client organisations, keeping delivery moving from brief through to shortlist.
You'll turn hiring briefs into clear campaign plans, then keep momentum up when timelines slip, briefs change, or stakeholders go quiet.
You'll act as the main client-facing delivery partner, guiding hiring managers through process, decisions, and next steps.
You'll evaluate candidates using structured frameworks, run interviews or assessment discussions, and present clear recommendations rather than loose opinions.
You'll oversee the operational side of campaign delivery too — including research, sourcing, outreach, coordination, pipeline health, and tracking hygiene.
You'll capture campaign insights, flag delivery risks early, and surface expansion opportunities when you see them.
Who we're looking for
You'll do well here if you like owning delivery, working directly with clients and candidates, and keeping structured hiring processes on track.
Must-haves
You've worked in recruitment, talent acquisition,



or HR advisory roles with direct exposure to both client interaction and candidate management.
You're in the early- to mid-career stage of your recruitment or talent acquisition career, with enough experience to run workstreams confidently without needing constant direction.
You take ownership of campaign quality, follow-through, and outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
You stay composed when campaigns stall, briefs shift, or clients become hard to pin down.
You bring high standards to candidate evaluation, communication, documentation, and tracking discipline.
Nice-to-haves
You've worked in agency recruitment, search, embedded talent, fractional talent, or another structured hiring environment.
You've had exposure to HR tech, people intelligence, or assessment-led hiring.
You're comfortable operating in an early-stage or scaling business where autonomy and repeatable process really matter.
You communicate in a explicit, grounded way with clients and candidates, without overselling or bluffing certainty.
You're open to working inside a structured hiring system and helping improve it over time.
