Bendigo Kia and Isuzu Ute are seeking an enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our Service Department in a full-time
Monday to Friday
position.
You will be responsible for:
taking customer enquiries and service bookings
front of house customer service
greeting customers for vehicle drop off and assessing their service needs
basic data entry computer skills are required for preparing and costing invoices
No prior experience as a service advisor or car knowledge is necessary.
Outstanding organizational and customer service skills are a must.
