DNA is currently working with a respected General Practice clinic in Shepparton that is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Practice Nurse who enjoys working within a busy General Practice environment and is looking for long-term stability, supportive leadership, and a collaborative workplace culture.
What's on offer?
Permanent full time position, Monday to Friday

The role
Working closely alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care across a broad range of General Practice nursing services.
Responsibilities will include:
Immunisations and vaccinations
Chronic Disease Management
Care Plans and Health Assessments




Wound Care
Treatment Room Procedures
Health Screening and Preventative Care
Patient Education and Health Promotion
Clinical Documentation and Patient Follow-Up
About the clinic
This busy and well-established healthcare service consists of:
10 GPs
Registered Nurses
5 Allied Health Professionals
6 Administration Staff
Dedicated Operations Manager
Managing Director providing ongoing support and leadership
Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:30pm
About you
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse within General Practice
Current Immunisation Certification (essential)
Robust treatment room and clinical nursing skills
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
