Supporting a team of 15 successful Sales Agents, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every sales campaign runs seamlessly from listing through to settlement. Working with premium properties in a fast-paced environment, you'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

The Role
Prepare and manage sales contracts, listing documentation and compliance paperwork
Coordinate sales files from listing through to settlement
Liaise with solicitors, buyers,
sellers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
Coordinate property marketing campaigns and online listing uploads
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage buyer and vendor communications
Prepare vendor reports and sales activity updates
Support open homes, buyer enquiries and follow-up communication
Manage agent calendars, appointments and general administration
Produce appraisal kits, listing presentations and proposals
Coordinate key contract dates, inspections and settlement requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
About You
Previous experience in a Real Estate Sales Administration, Contracts Administration or similar role is highly regarded
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is advantageous
Well-presented, proactive and highly organised
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
Able to work in a quick-paced environment while managing competing priorities
