What do you do?
Lead, mentor and train drafting team
Contribute to growth initiatives in recent product introductions
Own the drafting queue and turnaround times as well as maintain quality control and compliance with Australian Standards.
Work closely with sales, engineering, purchasing and production to ensure drafting outputs flow effectively across the business
What do you need?
High attention to detail
Previous experience in similar role
Ability to lead, mentor and train a small team
Qualification in drafting or equivalent industry experience
