About us Snap Fitness Indooroopilly is a newly modernised, fast-growing 24/7 franchise club in the heart of Indooroopilly.
We're looking for a motivated, sales-focused Club Manager to drive growth, lead the team and deliver an outstanding member experience.
The role
As Club Manager you'll lead all day-to-day operations and be responsible for:
Driving membership sales and retention (meet KPIs)
Leading and developing your team.
Delivering excellent customer service and community engagement
Managing onboarding, contracts, payments and reporting
Promoting and coordinating group fitness and PT services
Overseeing basic marketing initiatives and local outreach
Ensuring club safety, cleanliness and compliance
About you
You're a fitness professional who can lead by example and deliver results:
Approachable, energetic, outgoing and positive
Proven sales experience and ability to hit KPIs
Strong organisational and computer skills; able to multitask under pressure




Experience in club management or a clear desire to step into management
Comfortable welcoming and retaining new members and building community
Mandatory qualifications
Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
First Aid and CPR certificate
Blue Card (WWC) required
If operating as a PT: Cert IV and current registration/insurance
