This is an opportunity to lead a growing Digital Content function that's responsible for shaping the customer experience across websites, member portals and digital platforms. You'll manage a team of five while partnering closely with Product, UX, Marketing and Technology to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
What you'll be doing
Lead a team of Digital Content Specialists
Drive content strategy across web, mobile and customer platforms
Improve SEO and AI search performance (AEO/GEO)
Optimise customer journeys using analytics and customer insights
Work across major digital transformation initiatives
Partner with Product, Design, Technology and Marketing teams
Establish best practice content governance and delivery processes
Mentor and develop your team while building capability
What we're looking for
You'll likely have experience as a:
Senior Digital Content Manager
Digital Content Lead




Content Strategist
Digital Experience Manager
Head of Content (small team)
You'll also bring
Experience leading digital content teams
Robust SEO knowledge with an understanding of emerging AI search optimisation
Experience managing enterprise websites or digital products
CMS experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Data-driven decision making using analytics
A collaborative leadership style
Experience within financial services, insurance, healthcare or another regulated environment would be highly regarded.
