is seeking an experienced and clinically capable
Clinical Manager/Educator
to join the team during an exciting period of growth.

About the Role
As the clinical lead for the service, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, oversee governance activities and deliver education that strengthens resident outcomes.
This role combines clinical governance, staff education, quality improvement and workforce development within a supportive Residential Aged Care environment.
Working closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team, you will support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards while mentoring nursing teams and embedding evidence-based practice throughout the home.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical governance and clinical education across the service
Deliver annual education, induction and competency programs for staff
Drive clinical audits, risk management and quality improvement initiatives
Analyse clinical data to identify trends and improve resident outcomes
Mentor and support nurses to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care
Support recruitment, onboarding and clinical performance management
Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
Act as Facility Manager when required

About You
You are a knowledgeable, supportive and highly organised clinical leader who genuinely enjoys mentoring others and improving clinical practice.
You will also bring:
Previous experience as a Clinical Manager, Clinical Educator or Clinical Care Manager
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated experience delivering clinical education in Residential Aged Care
Confidence leading accreditation, audits and quality improvement initiatives
Minimum five years post-registration experience, including clinical leadership
Experience within Residential Aged Care
