We are seeking a hands on and personable Site Foreman who will work well in operational environments. This is an autonomous position suited to an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman with good problem solving skills and initiative.
About you:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you must be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to take instruction and foster great relationships with clients, subcontractors and your project teams. You will also be able to demonstrate your experience in:
Assisting the Site Manager with programming and subcontractor coordination;
Scheduling and coordinating equipment and materials deliveries;
Supervision of site works, including high risk activities;
Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary entries;
Conducting start up meetings, toolboxes andsite inductions;
Mitigatingsafety and environmentrisks and reporting onincidences;
Assisting the Site Manager in monitoring the quality of workmanship using the ITP process;
Ensuringall workers are working in accordance with their SWMS andrelevant legislation, building codes, policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role you must have commercial construction experience working in a similar positionand have a relevant trade background. You must also have a legal entitlement to work in Australia.
